Role: Delivery Assembly Service Helper

Compensation: $18.25/hr OT: $27.38/hr $37960/yr OT PTO GUARANTEED 40 hrs/wk 5 days/wk Liberty MO HMC3 Paragon Logistics LLC

Responsibilities:

Safely assist in the delivery and assembly of large products such as fitness equipment grills and other home products.

Assist with loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle.

Use handheld devices for routing and delivery information.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive delivery and assembly experience.

Lift packages weighing up to 5070 lbs and perform tasks with enthusiasm.

Follow detailed assembly instructions provided for each product.

Ensure quality assembly and communicate any issues during the assembly process.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

Age 18 and up.

Ability to work in a fastpaced and energetic environment.

Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.

Physical fitness to lift packages and perform delivery and assembly tasks.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.

Enthusiasm reliability and a positive attitude.

Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to assist in loading/unloading products and perform detailed assembly as required.

Benefits & Scheduling:

10hour shifts are typical.

4 day workweek (40 hours) is typical.

2 paid 15minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30minute meal break per shift.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Successfully handle and deliver products on time.

Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 5070 lbs. frequently; maneuver packages up to 70 lbs. or up to 300 pounds with a team.

Communicate effectively with the support team for smooth deliveries.

Load and unload packages in delivery vehicles.

Perform product assembly and quality assurance checks.

Equipment Provided:
