Job Description
Location: Joliet IL to customer locations
Key Details:
- Lanes: Deliveries primarily to customer locations in IL MN WI IA MO KY IN MI ND and SD.
- Miles: Average of 2200 to 2400 miles per week with potential for more if you choose to stay out longer.
- Schedule: Varies typically Monday morning through Friday night or Saturday morning.
- Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 34hour reset at home.
Freight Type:
Combination of drop and hook with almost all loads preloaded from Joliet IL.
Bonuses:
- New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 paid in full on your second paycheck.
Accessorial Pay:
- Occasional load/unload assistance: $50.
Parking:
Secure parking available weekly at the Ecolab facility in Joliet IL or a secure location near home.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of recent tractortrailer experience.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
Compensation Structure:
- Entry Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM). Drivers receive an additional $0.02 CPM bonus for all miles once they hit 2000 miles in a week.
- Pay Increase: $0.01 increase after one year.
- Weekly Minimum: $1500
- Weekly Average Pay: $1700
