Job Description
REMOTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in Dutch via phone email and chat addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A problemsolving mindset and a proactive attitude.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
