Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers in Italian via phone email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve productrelated issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through stepbystep solutions to technical problems.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian with strong English language skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
