Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in Italian via phone email and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve productrelated issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through stepbystep solutions to technical problems.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian with strong English language skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
