Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to customers in Italian through phone email and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve productrelated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Walk customers through stepbystep solutions for technical challenges.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to address and escalate more complex technical problems as necessary.
- Stay informed about product features and technical updates to provide accurate support.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
Working Hours:
- Days: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
