Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch and English via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer accurate information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- No prior experience required; this is an entrylevel position.
- Strong communication skills and a positive customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
