Job Description
For DANISH (NATIVE) SPEAKERS
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with hospitality clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Support clients with their account needs ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address any client issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- No prior experience required; this is an entrylevel position.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
Working Hours:
- Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
- Friday: 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
