Relationship Manager

• Proactively identify potential areas for growth and additional services that can be offered to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a customer serviceoriented role with a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate client needs and concepts clearly and concisely.
• Professionalism and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and additional services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team to ensure client requirements are met.
