Job Description
- Lead and manage the family law practice including supervising attorneys and staff
- Oversee case strategies from intake to resolution focusing on complex divorce custody and support cases
- Represent clients in court hearings mediations and negotiations
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and respond promptly to all client communications
- Implement office policies procedures and financial management including billing and collections
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress and improve office performance
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar
- 8 years of family law experience including divorce custody and support
- 2 years in a managerial role with experience leading a legal team
- Strong litigation and courtroom experience
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
- Proficient in legal research and case management software
