Job Description

• Lead and manage the family law practice including supervising attorneys and staff
• Oversee case strategies from intake to resolution focusing on complex divorce custody and support cases
• Represent clients in court hearings mediations and negotiations
• Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and respond promptly to all client communications
• Implement office policies procedures and financial management including billing and collections
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress and improve office performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar
• 8 years of family law experience including divorce custody and support
• 2 years in a managerial role with experience leading a legal team
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
• Proficient in legal research and case management software
