Job Description
Join our leisure and family entertainment center as the Operations Manager overseeing operational functions facilitating strategic planning and fostering exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational streamlining for efficient client services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet client needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure operational goals are met to exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- College degree or minimum five years of management experience in leisure or family entertainment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel strong financial and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure make strategic decisions and solve issues effectively.
- Strong business awareness and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of electrical codes regulations and safety standards.
