Job Description
As a Commercial and Residential Cleaner you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial and residential properties. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming sweeping mopping and disinfecting surfaces in common areas offices residential complexes and other designated areas.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager
- Dust sweep mop and vacuum floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms kitchens and common areas
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
- Restock cleaning supplies as necessary
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners mops and brooms
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing walking bending and lifting heavy objects if required
- Good communication customer serviceand interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and accessible vehicle
