Minimum Mandatory Skills Agile Champion Scrum Master Jira & Rally
Desired Skills Project Management Knowledge in SDLC Safe Agile
JD:
- Responsible for 3 Scrum teams
- Agile champion has to be certified Scrum master or Safe Agile
- Keeps the team organized and on track by hosting daily standup meetings sprint planning meetings sprint reviews etc.
- Strong background with experience in Rally and Jira
- Removes impediments and helps the team to become selforganizing and empowered to create innovate and make decisions for themselves as one team.
- The Scrum Master is a master of the daily Scrum Sprint planning Sprint review and Sprint retrospectives.
