Job Title: Termination Process Coordinator (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the entire termination process ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and communicate terminationrelated documentation.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork including final pay benefits and return of company property is completed accurately and promptly.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding termination procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze termination trends to identify potential areas for improvement in retention and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to terminations and exit interviews.
- Assist in creating training materials and resources to educate staff on the termination process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in HR processes particularly related to employee terminations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and respect.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
