Job Title: Employee Relations Consultant (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters providing guidance on policies procedures and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints concerns and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
- Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts between employees and management to promote resolution and understanding.
- Conduct training sessions on employee relations topics including conflict resolution performance management and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor employee morale and conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations trends and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in employee relations or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
