Description
Full time (40 hours) Supervisor role.
Week 1 4 days on.
Week 2 4 days on.
The role
Responsible for implementing fieldbased quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers throughout North Dublin.
Comprehensive training is provided in addition to competitive rates of pay company car mobile phone and many other employee benefits.

The person.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a full clean driving licence level 5 QQI qualification in either Community care Healthcare Support or preNursing.
Candidates must also have a minimum of one years experience in a community or nursing home care setting. Experience in a supervisory capacity is an advantage but not essential.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use initiative
Must reside in Ireland
The role requires travel so a full clean driving licence is essential. A company car is provided.
