Area Sales Executive HighEnd Logistics
Minneapolis MN (Remote from home office and around the greater Minneapolis area)
Candidates must live within 30 miles of Minneapolis
$80K $125K base plus $30K Commission ($110K $155K Year One OTE)
***Must have 2 years of outside sales experience within a "white glove" highend value logistics company

This position is to focus on outside businesstobusiness sales through lead generation and client development to continuously grow the representative s own portfolio and company s success. This position is a combination of generating new business and client account management.
Required:
2 years of outside sales Domestic experience within a white glove highend value logistics company required
Need to live within the Miami area or within a 30 mile radius to Miami. Not looking to relocate someone. Need someone locally that knows the market.
Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous companies and clients
Ability to tenaciously work under pressure and execute sales initiatives
Able to pass a background screen
Responsibilities:
Generate outside leads and prospect new business opportunities through telequalifying fieldqualifying referrals and staying informed on the area s market opportunities and changes
Effectively grow and manage the client pipeline from lead generation to client account management
Provide a high level of customer service while explaining the company s services and benefits to potential and existing clients Strength and maintain client relationships through frequent visits phone calls emails promotional materials lunch meetings and entertainment such as sporting events and outings
Utilizes various tools and resources to maximize territory s business potential such as but not limited to researching market changes effectively qualifying businesses needs and executing highyielding call plans and strategies
Research and develop an understanding of clients business and their business needs to best represent and sell the company s services
