Hiring Immediately Product Specialists!

We are seeking Product Specialists for our client Jaguar Land Rover Main Line. Sales are on the rise and our client needs proven customer service representatives to serve their customers as part of their Encore Program. The Encore Program is responsible for ensuring owners fully understand the operation of all features on their vehicle and providing unparalleled customer support for an ultraluxury brand. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position we provide all the training necessary to build your career. Computer proficiency is a must and understanding of technology is needed. Jaguar and Land Rover are technologically advanced products and you need to be able to become the expert on advising and demonstrating to our clients. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
