Job description:
Lead the quality assurance efforts for the project ensuring the successful deployment of digital tools used by store employees to manage customer services.
Test and validate booking services to ensure accurate customer bookings and realtime status updates as customers utilize instore services.
Validate the transition and replacement of the product catalog service ensuring accurate product searches and catalog performance.
Collaborate with development product and store operations teams to ensure the correct implementation and functionality of new and existing features.
Test the sample tracking feature ensuring accurate tracking of product samples from handling to storage in the store.
Support monitoring and alerting systems within store digital tools identifying potential issues before they impact store operations.
Test and verify multiworld product recommendations on product pages ensuring relevant and accurate product suggestions are provided to customers.
Perform comprehensive testing of mobile (iOS) and web platforms used by store personnel focusing on usability and functionality.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any defects or issues during testing phases.
Document and track test results ensuring all bugs and issues are logged for resolution and provide detailed reports on system performance and quality.
Act as a lead within the quality team guiding and mentoring junior QEs and ensuring the use of best practices in manual testing and bug tracking.
