Sr Project Manager

ERP Savvy is seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee largescale projects exceeding $5 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet all scope timeline and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

   • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets resources and milestones.
   • Ensure all activities align with project strategy and goals.
   • Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.

2. Team Leadership and Coordination:

   • Lead and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
   • Organize regular meetings to address concerns and provide feedback.
   • Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork.

3. Stakeholder Management:

   • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.
   • Identify and mitigate significant risks.
   • Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

4. Financial Management:

   • Manage project budgets ensuring financials are tracked and reported accurately.
   • Handle project change requests and ensure successful and ontime project delivery.

5. Risk Management:

   • Continuously monitor and adjust project plans to mitigate risks.
   • Ensure the project stays on track despite any challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 710 years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing large projects over $5 million.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple highpriority projects simultaneously.
• Candidates previously worked with State of Texas projects preferred.
• Candidates working with Public Health / Healthcare projects preferred.

Skills:

• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
