Job Description
ERP Savvy is seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee largescale projects exceeding $5 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet all scope timeline and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets resources and milestones.
- Ensure all activities align with project strategy and goals.
- Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and communicative environment.
- Organize regular meetings to address concerns and provide feedback.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork.

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.
- Identify and mitigate significant risks.
- Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets ensuring financials are tracked and reported accurately.
- Handle project change requests and ensure successful and ontime project delivery.

Risk Management:
- Continuously monitor and adjust project plans to mitigate risks.
- Ensure the project stays on track despite any challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 710 years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing large projects over $5 million.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple highpriority projects simultaneously.
- Candidates previously worked with State of Texas projects preferred.
- Candidates working with Public Health / Healthcare projects preferred.
Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
