About the Role

Based in BYDs Sydney office in Macquarie Park this role will support our upcoming New Brand.On offer is aSales Activity Promotion Senior Specialist position and your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:

Analyse the sales activity outcome market trends and competitor activities adjusting promotion strategies as needed.
Liaise with the HQ and local dealers to develop and implement sales promotion calendar based on company strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Oversee dealers performance and provide regular guidanceto improve productivity and effectiveness of sales promotion activities.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences competitive positioning and trends.
Build the rapport with dealers to ensure longterm partnership and stakeholders satisfaction.
Optimize expenditure for maximum impact on sales growth while adhering to financial guidelines
Coordinate with marketing logistics and product teams to ensure alignment with regional sales efforts.
Ensure that the Sales promotion activities adhere to company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices.


    Key requirements:

      • 3 years of experience working in a similar roles in a fastpaced environment with a proven track record of success in strategic sales.
      • Strong background in the automotive industry particularly with electric vehicles.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within a dealer network and execute successful sales strategies.
      • Possesses commercial acumen and strong leadership capability
      • Proficient communication with internal & external stakeholders
      • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
      • Willingness to travel for business purpose
