Potential of 10 shifts a week

Ability to reach Ealing studio within 30 minutes essential

Selfemployed position: 2030 per class

F45 Training is a leading Australian fitness brand specialising in innovative highintensity group workouts that are fast fun and resultsdriven. F45 Ealing has been running for over six years and is built on a loyal local and diverse community. Many of our members have been with the gym since its inception.

The perfect candidate will have:

A personable and professional character whose love for fitness shines through

Great team player skills our coaches are able to work on their own but even better within a team and support each other

Level 2 gym instructor or level 3 personal trainer qualifications

CPD (continuous professional development) encouraged including qualifications in strength & conditioning nutrition and mental health

The ability to reach the studio within 30 minutes

Flexibility to work early mornings evenings and some weekends

Great energy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and success

Willingness to train themselves within the studio and build camaraderie with the members

As an F45 Ealing coach you will:

Deliver high quality results focused F45 group fitness classes

Engage with members from when they step through the doors to when they leave

Ensure studio is kept safe neat and tidy at all times

Set up the studio after training sessions (at an additional rate)

Motivate studio members before during and after training

Support any membership retention strategies

Get involved in additional activities in support of client acquisition and retention including the F45 Challenge event training and fitness event participation

Help foster a positive communitybased teamtraining environment

Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level
