Currently we are seeking a Field Quality Engineer for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.

Job Description:
- Were looking for a Field Quality Engineer to help support and enhance our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- This role involves coordinating product returns managing requests and working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage RMA requests from customers.
- Work with internal departments and thirdparty suppliers to ensure RMA procedures are completed on time.
- Support and improve our existing RMA processes to make them more efficient and reduce processing time.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track the effectiveness of the RMA process.
- Ensure that all corporate and regulatory requirements are met within the RMA process.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a customer facing role of any kind.
- Basic understanding of RMA processes and product return principles is a must.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment across multiple groups at AMD.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.
- Experience with Windows Microsoft Office and web portals (e.g. Salesforce Jira).
- Experience with Python is a plus.
Recommended Skills:
- Experience in any customer facing role.
- Experience with data management and process automation systems.
- Analytical thinking and ability to suggest improvements.
- Good knowledge of Linux Python and SQL.
