Role: UI/UX Developer W2
Location: Tysons VA (Must be able to come onsite as needed onsite varies each week)

Job Overview: Seeking talented candidates to contribute UX/UI design expertise to a web application refresh initiative while also establishing standards and providing support for new product developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide UX/UI design guidance for the modernization and refresh of an existing web application.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent userfriendly design standards across both current and future products.
Develop and refine UX/UI templates to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.
Offer strategic input on enhancing the user experience (UX) ensuring accessibility responsiveness and intuitive design.
Support the implementation of design standards across new products to ensure scalability and user satisfaction.
Working knowledge and handson experience with React software contributing to both design and frontend development efforts.
Strong understanding of web standards usercentered design and best practices for modern web applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment translating user needs into effective design solutions.
