Role: Automation Test Lead
Location: Dallas TX

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to drive quality engineering and test leadership. The candidate will oversee a team of QA engineers leading the development of testing strategies and collaborating closely with other leads including the Automation Lead to optimize testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test strategies plans and processes to ensure software quality.

Design execute and maintain manual and automated test cases using tools like Selenium or similar.

Track testing progress report defect statuses and deliver quality metrics to stakeholders.

Perform root cause analysis for defects and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Test Lead with a focus on automation.

8 years of experience in software quality assurance with leadership and team mentoring experience.

Expertise in manual and automated testing with tools and languages like Java Python Selenium Jenkins GitLab.

Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud technologies.
