For our Luxembourgish Team specialized in Residential Real Estate we are currently searching for a Real Estate Agent Rental specialist (CDI) (m/f/d)* in fulltime (40 hours).
Tasks that let you grow
- You are responsible for the acquisition of new rental properties and existing portfolio.
- The organization of property valuations viewings inventory fixtures and other tasks related to the finalization of leases falls into your responsibility.
- After a successful collaboration you prepare the rental dead and help with necessary documents.
- To strengthen our client relationships you are the clients first contact person for rental related questions.
Your profile that inspires us
- You have a high degree of commitment and an independent way of working.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Territory especially LuxCity and surrounding.
- Ideally you already bring first experience in property rental business.
- You have a service oriented and reliable structured independent way of working with a strong sense of client orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident friendly manner and a professional appearance.
- Fluent in French and English German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
