Accountant AR

Sai Yok Springs by Radach Family & Co. Organics is Thailands first closedloop locallysourced premium mineral water brand. We have a diverse young and dynamic team with flat hirachy located next to BTS Chitlom. To continue our growth we are looking for an addition to our Accounting & Finance team!

Tasks

• Prepare and issue the Billing / Invoice/ Receipt
• Monitor and answer incoming POs and client requests
• Responsible for debt collection and update debt status report.
• Follow up overdue outstanding balance.
• Monitor customers details and ensure customers due date.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales.
• Coordinate with the Bank.
• Prepare debt status and AR ageing report accurately and timely in Accounting system.
• Track A/R Aging and ensuring that the report is up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance and/or related fields
• 03 years of experience preferred in same industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (Writing Reading Listening & Speaking)
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Capacity to work independently and proactively.
• Highly responsible
