Container xChange is the leading online platform for container logistics and operations. We simplify the logistics of global trade making the processes surrounding the container as simple as the container itself by providing a neutral infrastructure for all logistics companies.

This role can be based in Hamburg or remotely within / 2 hours of the Central European Timezone. The position is initially limited to 12 months.
About the role
As our Data & Analytics Engineer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and optimizing data pipelines to ensure efficient reliable and scalable data processing. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful visualizations and insights that drive informed decisionmaking.
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Design develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient reliable and scalable data ingestion processing and storage.
- Create and maintain data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Help define the next evolution of data objects and entities to support ongoing reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
What makes you a great fit
- 23 years of experience in a data platform or analytics team.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Snowflake and DBT.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
