Job Title : Sr. OCM Consultant
Location: 100% Remote 50% Travel to (Minneapolis MN and possibly San Antonio TX)
Duration: 3 months

Salary : Open
Immediate Interview

Travel will be required to. (50% of time initially and then will taper down ; Travel will start at approx.. 50% of time but will reduce over time)


Job Description:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in senior OCM roles (The more the better)
  • 5 10 years of consultingindustry experience as an OCM working on mediumlarge scale technology solution delivery engagements/transformations encompassing all aspects of related change management including training development and delivery
  • Prosci certification and/or similar formal degree/diploma/certifications relating to OCM
  • Experience in similar roles with in a Manufacturing environment strong asset.
  • Writing and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity of Oracle SAP Service Now training delivery tools e.g. UPerform Enable Now etc. is desirable
  • We are in need of an experienced/accomplished Organization Change Management (OCM) consultant for a current client engagement.
  • This individual will have experience working with IT clients who have migrated from disparate IT applications to a large scale COTS model such as SAP Oracle ServiceNow.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing OCM and training leadership for Oracle Implementations
  • The candidate will have had minimally the following OCM related skills: change and communication strategy and plan development; stakeholder assessment and management; training strategy; change impact analysis; and change advocate network management. Instructional design and delivery are desirable.
  • This role will support the clients digital transformation efforts and act as the lead of the Fujitsus OCM/training team driving and working closely with other Fujitsu service delivery teams.
  • Candidates must be able to work in a virtual team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of projects and be willing to travel occasionally anywhere in North America if required to work onsite with clients.
  • Act as a critical client contact OCM leader for projects and trusted advisor throughout the program lifecycle of Fujitsu transformation projects.
  • Lead teams of OCM and training resources to ensure successful adoption of the transformation initiative
  • Collaboratively support full lifecycle delivery management with activities including requirements gathering planning estimating deliverables value tracking governance resource management etc.
  • Assess the business situation by engaging with varied levels and profile of stakeholders in support of digital transformation solutions and implementations.
  • Recommend and facilitate flexible and scalable solutions based on practical experience in understanding of complex client requirements.
  • Support presales activities for proposals including written and MS PowerPoint presentation materials.
