Project Engineer - Stormwater Engineering

We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Indianapolis IN area to provide them with a Project Engineer Stormwater Engineering. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Project Engineer Stormwater Engineering:

#1. BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering

#2. Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

#3. Minimum of 4 years of drainage design experience

#4. Experience with some or all of the following: Open Roads Designer SUDA Civ3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HECRAS HECRAS2D HY8

Requirements for the Project Engineer Stormwater Engineering:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or able to obtain licensure within six months.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in drainage design.
• Familiarity with software such as Open Roads Designer SUDA Civil 3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HECRAS HECRAS 2D and HY8.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
• Experience collaborating with Departments of Transportation local municipalities and regulatory agencies at the local state and federal levels.
• Knowledge of GIS technology.
• Proficiency in some or all of the following software: ORD SUDA Civil 3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HECRAS HECRAS 2D and HY8.
