Job Description
Salary: $ 109200.00
We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Washington DC area to provide them with a Construction Inspector. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized must haves for the Construction Inspector:
#1. High School Diploma or GED
#2. 8 Years inspecting construction activities. Education military service/training direct work experience in carrying out work and/or supervision experience may be substituted for years of inspection experience.
Requirements for the Construction Inspector:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in inspecting construction activities or an equivalent combination of education military service relevant work experience or supervisory roles.
Licenses Certifications and Requirements:
- May need to secure clearance for access to government military or privatelycontrolled sites.
- OSHA 10hour certification is required; OSHA 30hour certification is preferred.
- ACI Level I certification.
- Additional certifications may be required or desired upon hire with the ability to obtain them posthire.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to meet the organizations vehicle insurance and travel policy requirements.
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% on site
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
