Construction Inspector

Salary: $ 109200.00

We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Washington DC area to provide them with a Construction Inspector. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Construction Inspector:

#1. High School Diploma or GED

#2. 8 Years inspecting construction activities. Education military service/training direct work experience in carrying out work and/or supervision experience may be substituted for years of inspection experience.

Requirements for the Construction Inspector:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
• 8 years of experience in inspecting construction activities or an equivalent combination of education military service relevant work experience or supervisory roles.

Licenses Certifications and Requirements:

• May need to secure clearance for access to government military or privatelycontrolled sites.
• OSHA 10hour certification is required; OSHA 30hour certification is preferred.
• ACI Level I certification.
• Additional certifications may be required or desired upon hire with the ability to obtain them posthire.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to meet the organizations vehicle insurance and travel policy requirements.
