Sales Manager Job Description
Responsibilities and Work Tasks:
- Maintain and evaluate the sales channels of the products in the market under jurisdiction.
- According to the company's marketing plan and exhibition plan participate in exhibitions and collect new customer information and contact and follow up in time.
- Collect relevant information and business development of major customers in the industry.
- Responsible for the development of new customers and the maintenance of old customers and timely communicate and implement initial quotations and proofing matters.
- Responsible for the signing of sales contracts in the area under jurisdiction and the summary of experience/lessons after sales success/failure.
- According to the development trend of key new products in the market participate in and cooperate with the product development.
- According to the sales contract be responsible for the followup of the review organization issuance production and shipment process.
- Participate in the investigation of the credit status of major customers and evaluate their credit status.
- Establish organize and update customer files in a timely manner.
- Responsible for following up the collection of overdue accounts receivable calculating overdue interest and supervising legal recovery affairs.
- Responsible for the management of finished products and goods in transit ITC compliance of shipped goods and transportation management 3 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above.
- Advanced English.
- Proficient in using Office software.
- US visa.
