Salary: 7080k
- Must be BiLingual and speak English and Spanish
- 5 years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice
- Ability to talk to clients.
- Preparing and filing all pleadings/complaints bills of particulars retrieval of medical records Medicare and Medicaid final reporting and various facets of the Plaintiffs personal injury litigation.
- Scheduling as needed
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Assisting with mediation and deposition
- Trial Preparation
- Client Contact/intakes
Qualifications
- Must be BiLingual and speak English and Spanish
- 5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal reporting to a partner
- Ability to prioritize and multitask many cases at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Time Matters efiling and all Microsoft suite of products.
