Salary: 7080k

  • Must be BiLingual and speak English and Spanish
  • 5 years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice
  • Ability to talk to clients.
  • Preparing and filing all pleadings/complaints bills of particulars retrieval of medical records Medicare and Medicaid final reporting and various facets of the Plaintiffs personal injury litigation.
  • Scheduling as needed
  • Drafting and responding to discovery
  • Assisting with mediation and deposition
  • Trial Preparation
  • Client Contact/intakes

Qualifications

  • Must be BiLingual and speak English and Spanish
  • 5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal reporting to a partner
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask many cases at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in Time Matters efiling and all Microsoft suite of products.
