Job Description
Qualifications
Currently pursuing as a Senior in undergraduate program or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management Marketing Sales or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Hubspot
Basic ability to use online tools and databases to identify and gather relevant contact information
Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting and sending introductory emails as well as conducting phone followups
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contact information and email content
Persistence and tact in following up with nonresponsive contacts via email and phone
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational coordination skills interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Pursuing or recent graduate in Sales Business Management or Marketing
Are you a Senior in college in a Business or Marketing major or have recently graduated
Can you work at least 20 hours a week
Are you proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Responsibilities

Contact Search: Identify relevant contacts from the listed companies using Apollo. Proper details and criteria will be provided to help identify the most suitable contacts
Email Outreach: Send introductory emails to the identified contacts
Tracking and FollowUp: Maintain a record of sent emails and responses. For nonresponsive contacts send followup emails at appropriate intervals
Phone FollowUp: Where phone numbers are available follow up via phone calls
Coordination with Sales Team: Once positive responses are received connect the contacts with the sales team for further engagement
Report Generation: Provide regular updates on outreach activities and response rates
Reporting Skills: Basic proficiency in generating regular updates and reports on outreach activities and response rates. Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
