• Maximizing overall coding performance. Creating Coding Panels in coding Software Identifies & resolves the more complex issues around pending transactions
  
• Directs the accurate & timely processing of claims to meet or exceed client service level agreements
  
• Review quality audit of accounts/ Claims
  
• Works with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines policies and procedures.
  
• Daily Denials should be worked & A timeline to achieve targets.
  • Able to review NCD/LCD policies per county sequencing for Medical Necessity to get higher reimbursement.
    
• Delegating tasks per Client.
  
• Coordinate with LAB Team Leaders regarding the billing clarifications.
  
• Willingness to work on flexible shifts mostly EST timings.
  

Qualifications

• Certification is mandatory From AAPC / AHIMA
  
• 34 yrs of work experience in coding Pathology and laboratory procedures.
  
• Must possess the knowledge in coding Organ or Disease Oriented Panels Therapeutic Drug Assays Drug Assay Procedures Evocative/Suppression Testing Procedures.
  
• Exposure to Modifiers CPT ICD10 and HCPCS coding with LAB fee schedule.
  
• Ability to multitask prioritize & manage time efficiently.
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
