Job Description
SAP Success Factor EC
Good understanding and experience doing configuration SAP ECC HCM.Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Time Off & MDF objects .Knowledge of data integration between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors. (Preferred PTP interface SAP ECC but PASEIN is also good).Knowledge of CPI would be a bonus.Expert level in Dutch language

More than 5 years of experience in fullcycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.Good experience & knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off Time tracking and Time sheet.Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable).Certified in SuccessFactors Time Management module.Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes.Good Communication skills (Dutch preferred).Work independently as part of multicultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time ManagementAble to guide the customers on the SAP Best Practices for quick win.Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.
