Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing travel inquiries and coordinating trip logistics via email phone and online platforms
- Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to each clients preferences interests and budget
- Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights accommodation transportation and activities
- Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings confirmations and updates
- Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel providing prompt assistance and creative solutions
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems online reservation platforms and office software training provided.
Education
- Must be 18 years old - Must be a US citizen - Passion for travel and leisure - Positive attitude and willing to learn - Flexible hours and schedule - Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus - Basic Computer Skills
