Job Description

Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and
managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and enhance efficiency across the team. The role involves monitoring outbound transfers managing account setups coordinating order fulfillment and supporting various operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing/Management: Assist with managing wholesale order processing and fulfillment monitoring. Utilize ERP to keep orders organized accurately and make sure all orders are fulfilled on time.

Drop Ship Order Management: Monitor orders coming in from our dropship channels with key retailers. Make sure orders are being fulfilled on time and flowing automatically.

Ecom Order Management: Monitor orders coming in from our website both regular
orders warranty orders and presale/preorder orders. Make sure orders are syncing
properly and timely troubleshoot any issues with the system and 3PL partners.

Wholesale/Ops Support: Assist with account setup catalog management SKU setup and asset management to support the internal team and external sales team. Manage our B2B platform and make sure it is current and accurate according to gotomarket updates. Handle all sample request order management as well as any necessary
communication with our sales team.

Inventory Transfer Management: Handle all inventory transfer requests made by our planning team. This incorporates inventory transfers between Sunski warehouses as
well as Amazon distribution centers. Place and oversee these orders to make sure they
are delivered quickly and accurately.

Liaison Between Ops and CX Teams: Serve as a point of communication between the operations and customer experience teams regarding stock levels promotions special marketing events and product availability.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problemsolving and investigative skills to address operational challenges
Familiarity with order management systems (ERPs) and SAS platforms
Experience with account management wholesale and Ecom sales channels
Effective communication for crossteam collaboration
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Hours: Overlap with PST and MST time zones
