Procedures:

Required: Bread & Butter GS: Hernia repair cholecystectomy breast surgery "lumps and bumps" abscess drainage endoscopy (EGD and colonoscopy) appendectomy small bowel and colon surgery.

General Surgery (adult peds & trauma)

Laparoscopic Surgery: Appendectomy Cholecystectomy Hernioplasty

GI endoscopy (Upper & Lower) Colonoscopy

Ventilation mgmt Chest tube insertion Central line insertion PA Catheter placement.

Vascular Surgery: Thoracic & Abdominal

For Trained as Ped Surgeons: Esophageal Intestinal Umbilical defects: Hernia

EMR: MediTech 6.1

Resident/Teaching Supervision Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active NC License

NC DEA

BLS ABLS ACLS ATLS PALS

NC Medicare & Medicaid credentialed

Must be enrolled with PECOS
