Labor Employment Associate

An AmLaw 200 firm with 29 offices across the US Ireland and Mexico is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join their Collin County TX office.

Qualifications:

• Active and clean Texas bar license.
  
• 4 years of experience ideally focused on labor and employment law.
  
• Strong background handling employment issues such as discrimination harassment retaliation and wage and hour disputes.
  
• Proven experience drafting pleadings discovery and motions and presenting arguments in court.
  
• Experience taking and defending depositions with administrative hearings experience being a plus.
  
• Highly detailoriented with excellent work ethic research writing and communication skills.
