• Write and edit technical documentation
  
• Collaborate with content designers product managers and other team members to understand technical details and translate them into clear concise content.
  
• Ensure all documents are accurate uptodate and accessible to users.
  
• Maintain consistency and quality across all technical documents in terms of style tone and format.
  
• Review and revise existing documentation to align with current product updates.
  
• Create visuals diagrams and charts to support written content when necessary.
  
• Conduct usability testing on documentation to ensure clarity and usefulness for the intended audience.
  

• Excellent writing editing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as MS Office Google Docs or industryspecific writing software.
  
• Familiarity with content writing and editing platforms
  
• Basic understanding of AI tools for creating content
  
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
