As a Python Backend Developer you will:

• Develop and maintain complex backend applications using Python RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  
• Leverage your expertise in Azure Functions MSSQL FastAPI Docker and Azure Service Bus to build scalable efficient solutions.
  
• Integrate thirdparty APIs and services into our ecosystem.
  
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure highquality reliable code.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in Agile environments to deliver features and solutions efficiently.
  
• Use Azure pipelines or similar CI/CD tools for continuous integration and delivery.
  
• Apply your understanding of software design patterns testing strategies and architecture principles to ensure system integrity and scalability.
  
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications for maximum efficiency.
  
• Mentor and support junior developers fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 68 years of experience in backend development with at least 5 years of handson Python experience.
  
• Strong experience developing applications using RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Handson experience with Azure functions MSSQL FastAPI Docker and Azure Service Bus.
  
• Proven experience integrating thirdparty APIs and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines especially Azure pipelines.
  
• A solid understanding of software design patterns and testing methodologies.
  
• Previous experience with performance tuning and system optimization.
  
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in web development technologies and Agile methodologies.
  
• Fluent in English (required).
  
• Based in or willing to work in a hybrid role within The Netherlands.
