Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead and oversee the UX design process from concept to execution ensuring highquality design solutions.
User Research: Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Usability Testing: Plan conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to gather actionable insights and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Design Systems: Lead the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest design trends tools and technologies and incorporate best practices into the teams work.
Documentation: Document design processes user flows and interactions to ensure clarity and transparency within the team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in UX Design Interaction Design Graphic Design or a related field from NID or a comparable institution.
Experience: 5 years of experience in UX design preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.
Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your UX design work including research wireframes prototypes and final designs.
