Position Overview

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our clients production team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring product quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the chemical manufacturing industry and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enhance the performance of production processes.
• Learn and apply Reaction Chemistry to improve production efficiency.
• Identify productionrelated issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in root cause analysis for production upsets and quality issues.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process optimization.
• Track production yields and perform mass balance calculations.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools.
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support to plant supervisors and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problemsolving.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to ISO9001 GMP or similar production standards.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of unit operations such as filtration and distillation processes.
• Understanding of chemical reactions including batch polymerizations and esterification.
