Roles and Responsibility

You will be responsible for data analysis tasks aimed at improving game content in the consumer business. The data analysis tasks include the following:
- Defining the data to be collected within the game.
- Analyzing the data collected within the game.
- Reporting the analysis results with insights.
Supplement In this position data collection and processing will be handled by engineers. As a data analyst you will support business decisionmaking by deriving insights from data and contributing to the companys growth.
Desired Candidate Profile Strong logical thinking skills: Able to analyze complex data and provide clear insights for business challenges. Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate smoothly with stakeholders inside and outside the team and convey analysis results and proposals clearly. High problemsolving ability: Able to derive concrete solutions based on data and implement them. Strong desire for selfimprovement: Interested in the latest data analysis methods and tools and willing to continue learning and growing. Passion for the gaming industry: A love for games and a strong passion for enhancing player experiences and game development.
Minimum Requirements

- Experience in solving business problems through data analysis
- Experience in aggregating and reporting numbers and proposing strategies
- Basic knowledge of datarelated solutions such as Excel SQL Python R etc. (not required)

Conditions / Benefits

Location: Shinagawaku Tokyo
- Remote : Hybrid (commute to office 3 times a week
Annual Salary: 4M 13M JPY
Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary revision: Once a year
- Bonus: Twice a year (June December)
- Performance bonus and incentives available
- Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)
Hours: Flex: 8:00 22:00
