    The work I would like to entrust to you involves engineering tasks related to the development maintenance and release of Android and iOS applications.

    • Development maintenance and release of iOS applications
    • Development maintenance and release of Android applications
    • Planning designing prototyping and developing new features
    • Proposing improvements for UI/UX
    • System design and development for new applications
    • Improving application speed error rates and crash rates etc.

    • Experience of 12 months in app development in either of the following:
      • Experience in developing maintaining and releasing iOS applications using Swift ObjectiveC etc.
      • Experience in developing maintaining and releasing Android applications using Kotlin Android Java etc.
      • Experience in developing maintaining and releasing web applications.

    For Foreign Nationals

    • N1 level or equivalent proficiency in Japanese

Preferred Requirements

    • Practical experience using databases
    • Development experience utilizing version control tools (such as Git SVN etc.)
    • Experience in designing and implementing with a focus on stability and performance
    • A person with a strong desire to improve and the persistence to tackle challenges

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Contract / Permanent

  • Depending on your performance you can be considered for a permanent position. About 80% of our employees become fulltime employees in one year.

Location : Osaka Area

Annual Salary:JPY

The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.

  • Salary evaluation: once a year (June) *
  • Bonus: 2 times a year in principle (July December) *

*Permanent only

Probation : 6 months

Hours: For Extreme Headquarters: 9:3018:30 (break time 12:3013:30 actual working hours 8h) May vary depending on the project to which you are assigned (e.g. 10:0019:00 1hour break etc.)

  • Remote Work: Depends on the assignment location. If unable to work onsite application is not possible. However 80% of positions offer remote work at least once a week.
  • Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation but the entire department works about 15 hours per month. When responding to releases there may be irregular work hours such as at night.
