Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Metro Market Manager to manage and grow
sales within a specific region of customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong
relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing the best solutions to meet
those needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive have excellent communication skills and a proven
track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Capture & maintain accurate customer information for entire book of business within the
assigned territory.
Develop and adhere to a comprehensive 12week call plan to ensure that all assigned
customers receive the necessary attention and engagement to drive sales growth.
Responsible for gathering and analyzing information on key competitors to gain insights into
market trends customer preferences and potential areas of opportunity for our products.
Engage with all cross functional teams including Warehouse Logistics Finance Marketing and
Customer Care to provide the best solutions for the customers in the assigned territory.
Travel up to five days per week within the assigned territory is required.
Attend company meetings and supplier training sessions as required.
Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change.
Qualifications:
4year college degree or previous experience in outside sales preferred.
Ability to travel outside of designated territory as needed for trade shows meetings and
training.
Bilingual preferred.
Some working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Ability to think independently and develop solutions to customer problems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while operating within specific timelines.
Excellent verbal written and auditory communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Capacity to maintain composure and politeness under difficult circumstances.
Aptitude to be available and adjust working hours according to demands.
Additional information
Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $ 65000$75000 based on experience.
Additional compensation: Incentive plan based on revenue growth against benchmarks as set by sales
leadership as well as car and phone allowance.
