We are seeking a skilled Hogan ILP Developer specializing in Hogan ILP (Loans) to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Hogans Integrated Lending Platform which is critical for our lending operations. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers business analysts and quality assurance specialists to ensure that the platform meets both functional and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hogan products particularly with the Integrated Lending Platform and possess the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code to enhance performance. This position requires a keen understanding of loan processing and a solid foundation in core banking concepts. Responsibilities- Develop implement and maintain Hogan ILP for loan processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing Hogan ILP applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for application architecture and design.
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Hogan ILP with other banking systems.
- Provide training and technical support to users and junior developers as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hogan ILP Developer preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of loan processing systems and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as COBOL JCL and SQL.
- Experience with Hogan software applications and integrated solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and deadlinedriven environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
