Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team specializing in womens health. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Record patient histories vital signs and other relevant information in electronic health records (EHR).
• Utilize EPIC software for patient management and documentation.
• Prepare patients for examinations including explaining procedures and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medical office and examination rooms.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider.
• Schedule patient appointments and followup visits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and highquality care.
• Perform basic lab tests and assist with patient education regarding health and wellness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferably in a womens health setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EHR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Dependable punctual and able to work independently.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
