Job Description:
Microsoft Messaging Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and monitoring any issues with Exchange Server and Outlook.
Creating mailboxes for end users.
Troubleshooting any issues with MS Teams Zoom and Webex.
Creating new sites using SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with messaging and collaboration tools like MS Exchange MS Teams Zoom and Webex.
Good experience with Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive.
Experience with machine testing on applications.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
