Job Description
Role:
Lead and manage our project from an architectural perspective encompassing process improvements enhanced controls and technology integration across various aspects of the SourcetoPay (S2P) processes.
Implement strategic procurement solutions tailored to meet requirements using best practices and guidance from our partners.
Execute process improvements within procurement to enhance operational efficiency.
Streamline systems and procedures to optimize procurement operations on a global scale.
Bring procurement market dynamics and provide wellinformed guidance to the project team.
Provide guidance and patterns to ensure that the development team builds solutions that are scalable flexible secure and aligned with the longterm strategy.
Practical requirements:
SourcetoPay (S2P) platforms preferably Coupa however additional expertise with tools like Ivalua Icertis Zycus SAP Ariba and SAP S4 as an implementer/administrator would be advantageous.
Handson involvement in at least 12 endtoend implementations including Blueprint Workshops with the ability to map business processes effectively.
Experience in functional/implementation aspects of Coupa or other Eprocurement technologies particularly focusing on areas such as Spend Analysis Strategic Sourcing Contract Management Supplier Management Procure Invoicing Expense Pay and eForms.
Experience in formulating and implementing nonfunctional requirement including IT security
Proficiency in defining data migration strategies for master and transactional data across upstream and downstream systems.
Experience in working with large enterprises with complex IT solution landscape.
Quliafications:
Experience with a focus on supply chain and operations.
Used to work in high pace projects with ability to deliver on time.
Ability to work with many stakeholders such as Product Owners Tech Leads Vendors and Thirdparty suppliers.
Problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to some travel to other locations within Europe.
